The following is a comparative statement of the cost of the sick pay scheme for industrial workers in the Royal Ordnance Factories for the periods mentioned:

asked the Minister of Supply how many cases of Royal Ordnance factory workers taking up spare-time work, while on sick pay have been reported since June, 1950; and how many cases of malingering have been reported since June, 1950.

Five cases of workers taking up spare-time work while on sick leave and two cases of malingering have been reported since June, 1950. All these workers were discharged. No case has been reported since June, 1951.
