§ Mr. EcclesThe National Council of Social Service has agreed to distribute a number of seats in Government stands 43W among retired and aged persons through the National Old People's Welfare Committee and the county and local old people's welfare committees. The local committees are, in many cases, bearing the cost of the seats, travelling expenses and sleeping accommodation.
