§ Mr. Lennox-BoydThe issue of a British certificate of airworthiness is conditional upon the aircraft complying with the British civil airworthiness requirements which are made by the Air Registration Board. These requirements are, in fact, more advanced than the airworthiness recommendations of the International Civil Aviation Organisation.
§ Mr. de Freitasasked the Minister of Civil Aviation whether he will make a statement on the delay experienced in 11W obtaining a certificate of airworthiness for the Comet aircraft in the United States of America.
