§ Mr. Joynson-HicksOwing to the nature of the disease there is no record of the year in which an individual contracts pneumoconiosis, but about 80 coal miners in 1950, and 101 and 112 in the two following years, were advised to leave the industry or suspended on account of having pneumoconiosis with tuberculosis.
