§ Mr. Marquandasked the Minister of Health what proportion of total capital expenditure on hospitals during each of the years 1948–49, 1949–50, 1950–51 and 108W 1951–52 was attributable, firstly, to making good war damage, and secondly, to maintenance or extension of mental hospitals or to the construction of new mental hospitals or institutions for mental defectives.
