§ Mr. Harold Daviesasked the Minister of Fuel and Power if he will make available in the Library of the House of Commons a copy of the agreement regularising and defining the status of Consolidated Refineries at Haifa that was initialled on 25th February, 1953, at Tel-Aviv by representatives of the Government of Israel, Consolidated Refineries and the Anglo-Iranian Oil Company.
§ Mr. Geoffrey LloydNo. The agreement has so far only been initialled, and is subject to ratification by the Knesset. Whether the text will subsequently be published is entirely a matter for the parties.
