asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies (1) if he will make a statement on the Advisory Committee recently set up in Kenya; and how many cases have come before it,

(2) if he will make a statement on the detention of Mr. Odede.

77. Mrs. White

asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what arrangements have been made to enable Mr. Odede. now under detention in Kenya, to hear the charges made against him and to state his case.
