§ Major Lloyd GeorgeAll rice imported from the East is recleaned or remilled and rebagged before being issued, but a small quantity, distributed recently, still had a slightly musty flavour. As soon as this was reported arrangements were made for the rice to be exchanged for sound deliveries.
