§ Miss HorsbrughThere is no serious lack of facilities for technical education in North Wales, but in my view the right way to meet the needs of this sparsely populated area more fully is by greater co-operation between the local education authorities concerned in providing and improving those facilities. My efforts are being directed towards this.
