As indicated in the Circular, urgent schemes of water supply and sewerage for rural localities are still being considered for grant, as are schemes in Development Areas if the local authorities have entered into commitments on the strength of undertakings given by my right hon. Friend. He is also prepared to consider schemes of exceptional industrial urgency in Development Areas.
