§ 103. Lord Malcolm Douglas-Hamiltonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will take steps to ensure that the wood owned by the Forestry Commission, now nearing maturity in the Highlands of Scotland, will be used for the benefit of the area and for Highland development.
