HC Deb 25 June 1953 vol 516 cc166-7W
83. Mr. Donnelly

asked the Minister of Education whether, in view of the state of many Pembrokeshire schools, she will reconsider her decision to limit the minor works programme in schools in that county to £9,000.

Miss Horsbrugh

No. The Pembrokeshire local education authority's allocation for minor capital projects is £9,816, which I am satisfied, on the information given me by the authority, will enable them to carry out all the projects they wish to undertake this year.

84. Mr. Donnelly

asked the Minister of Education if she will circulate in the OFFICIAL REPORT a list of local education authorities in Wales which have been limited by her Department in their minor works programmes; and if she will state the ceiling figures in each case.
