§ Mr. P. ThorneycroftUnder the Cinematograph Film Production (Special Loans) Act, 1949, the National Film Finance Corporation were empowered to make loans during the five years ending 8th March, 1954. I propose in due course to introduce amending legislation to extend the loan-making powers of the Corporation for a further three years from that date.
