HC Deb 09 June 1953 vol 516 c3W
56. Mr. Grimond

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland how far the Guillebaud Committee on the National Health Service has power to examine conditions in the Highlands and Islands.

Mr. J. Stuart

The Committee's terms of reference give them full scope to carry out all relevant inquiries, and I have no doubt that they will have due regard to conditions in the Highlands and Islands.
