DugdaleIn the first half year of the Grassland Fertiliser Scheme a closing date was not enforced, but in the second half year, for which the closing date was 31st July, 1951, 60 late applications were accepted. The administration of the scheme was delegated to agricultural executive committees in July, 1951, and records of individual applications received have been dispersed.
