HC Deb 28 July 1953 vol 518 c134W
119. Mr. Gibson

asked the Secretary of State for War why men between the ages of 45 and 48 years of age are being sent Army Form D406 (R.O.) in view of the fact that the information asked for is already in the possession of the War Office; if he is aware that men of this age should be exempt from the demand; and at what age men cease to be Z class reservists.

Mr. Head

This form should not have been sent to any Z reservist over the age of 45. If the hon. Member will send me details of the men who have received them, I shall be glad to look into the circumstances.
