Mr. Gowerasked the President of the Board of Trade if he will institute some special certificate or designation to firms and companies which institute profit-sharing, co-partnership, pension and welfare schemes; and if he will take steps and make representations to ensure 139W that other considerations being equal, such firms and companies may have priority in the matter of Government and public contracts.
