asked the hon. Member for Salisbury, as representing the Charity Commission, whether the requisite information has been received for revising and completing the draft scheme for the re-organisation of the charities of Presteigne; and whether the Commissioners will proceed with putting the new scheme into operation at an early date.

Kingdom Colonial Territories in the West Indies and from the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and the United States of America, respectively; and the percentage which each of these bears to the total imports of raw cotton in those years

benefit of which now comprise many civil parishes, has admittedly been under consideration for a long time. The case presents formidable difficulties, and to ensure satisfactory administration in the future it is important that the scheme should be one that is likely to command general acceptance. The draft of the scheme has recently been revised and copies of the revised draft have now been sent for publication in the locality. Subject to the consideration of objections or suggestions that may be received as a result of publication it is hoped that the scheme will be established at an early date.
