§ Miss HorsbrughI understand from the authority that they are up to date with their schedule of work on the 1953–54 programme of new schools in Harlow, and that the first two primary schools, which started in April, will be finished at the end of this year.
§ 53. Mr. Finlayasked the Minister of Education if she is aware that there is about twice the normal density of the population in the 0–4 age groups in the new town of Harlow; and whether she will consider these special facts in approving future school building programme for the county of Essex.
