asked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will estimate the number of Polish people presently within the United Kingdom who are able to take advantage of the services provided by Penley hospital.

Mr. Wyn Roberts

Penley hospital provides geriatric services for Polish ex-combatants from the second world war, their wives—other than those who are British born subjects—and parents. There is no information available that would enable me to estimate the numbers eligible for admission. However, there is no waiting list for admission.
