HC Deb 21 July 1953 vol 46 c206W
Mr. McNamara

asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland on what subjects he has so far received requests for information from Sir George Baker in the course of his inquiry into the working of the emergency powers Act.

Mr. Prior

Sir George Baker is responsible for the conduct of his independent review of the Northern Ireland (Emergency Provisions) Act 1978 and it would not be appropriate for me to indicate what questions he has asked of any of those from whom he has sought information.
