Mr. Bowden

asked the President of the Board of Trade (1) the number of master tailors engaged in the ladies' mantle and costume industry in the London area and in the provinces, respectively;

(2) the number of ladies' mantle and costume manufacturers having their own factories in the London area and in the provinces, respectively;

(3) the number of outworkers in the London area engaged in the ladies' mantle and costume industry who receive work from contractors to be done outside the factories.
