Mr. Ashdownasked the Secretary of State for the Environment when he expects to be able to publish the report of the findings of the building research establishment's investigation into council houses constructed from pre-cast concrete and other non-traditional materials.
Mr. GowThe building research establishment is completing a summary of its initial findings from the studies announced by my predecessor on 8 February—[Vol. 36, c. 893]—and I shall make a statement as soon as possible.
