§ Mr. Lennox-BoydIt is the usual practice when appointments have to be cancelled to give as much notice as possible. Unfortunately the recent cancellations at Portsmouth were due to sudden illness and early notice was not possible. I regret the inconvenience caused to those whose appointments had to be cancelled.
