asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what would be the proportion of the Parliamentary representation for England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, respectively, based on the number of electors in each of these countries.

If 625 seats were divided in proportion to the number of electors on the current register, England would have 516, Scotland 61, Wales 32 and Northern Ireland 16.
