§ Mr. LytteltonProspective settlers have first to be sponsored by the two local Native Authorities. They are examined by a special sub-committee consisting largely of settler representatives. The final selection is made by an advisory committee of the scheme's board of management. Training takes the form of technical supervision by the company's staff.
