asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he will publish a statement showing, in relation to all Colonial Territories over 25,000 square miles in area, the full establishment of technical officers laid down for their agricultural departments; and to what extent the establishment was, or was not, fully manned up at the latest date for which information is available.
