asked the Minister of Transport if the theatre industry has been permitted to give evidence to the Thesiger Committee, expressing views on the problem created by the recent judgment, Wurzal versus Dowher.

The Theatres National Committee have submitted two papers to the Thesiger Committee. It is for the Committee to decide whether they should be invited to give oral evidence also.
