§ Mr. Iain MacleodThe amounts recoverable are governed by Regulations and directions made under the National Health Service Acts, 1946 and 1949, the 133W Nurses Act, 1949, and the Midwives Act, 1951. I am sending copies of the relevant Regulations and directions to the hon. Member.
