§ Miss Hornsby-SmithEighteen nurseries were closed between 1st January and 31st March, the latest date for which comprehensive information is available. Local health authorities are not in all cases under obligation to notify my right hon. Friend of their intention to close nurseries, and I am unable to answer the second part of the Question.
