Member that owing to a shortage of supplies he had decided to close on some weekdays at 8.30 p.m. instead of 9.30 p.m. and on Sundays at 5 p.m. instead of 9.30 p.m. The circumstances of this case are clearly exceptional and do not indicate any general shortage in Lincoln.
