Mr. Loganasked the Minister of Education if, in considering the building licence for development of the scheme to 95W provide a new primary school and extensions to existing buildings at St. Francis Xavier, Liverpool, at a cost of approximately £100,000, she will bear in mind that the sum is excessive in view of the alternative proposals of which she is aware which would cost only half the amount; and if, in view of the waste of building labour and materials, she will refuse to issue a building licence until further inquiries into costs have been made.
