Commander Donaldsonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will consult the British Electricity Authority to ascertain what proportion of the additional capital approved for rural electrification will be devoted to South-East Scotland; and if he will, after consultation, make a statement in regard to increased supplies for that area.
