asked the Minister of Transport when the decision was first made to erect a screen along the Western Avenue frontage of Northolt Airport; and when he expects work to start.

My right hon. Friend has now decided that a screen should be erected. Until the details have been settled I cannot say when the work will start, but I hope it will be soon.
