§ Miss HorsbrughAccording to my information, which is incomplete, in 1952 219 youth clubs in Wales were maintained by local education authorities and a further 394 received assistance from authorities in cash or in kind. In the same year my Department offered grants to 10 clubs towards items of capital expenditure.
