asked the Secretary of State for Scotland when he anticipates the second report of the Scottish Building Costs Committee will be available.

§ Mr. J. Stuart
As part of the Government's economy measures I asked the Committee not to proceed with their inquiries on the comprehensive lines they had planned, and instead of producing a report they have given me material which will be of assistance to my Department.
