§ Mr. DigbyRecruitment to established non-industrial posts is a matter for the Civil Service Commission. In so far as the Admiralty control recruitment, they give preference, other things being equal, to ex-Regulars and, in the Dockyards and other industrial establishments, equal preference to workmen with previous Admiralty service.
