§ Mr. EcclesEstimates of the changes in building costs between 1946 and 1949, averaged for Great Britain as a whole for all types of work, were included in the Working Party's Report on Building published in 1950. Estimates have been made by my Department by the same method to cover the succeeding years. The figures as as follows:
