Dr. HillFor the 18 weeks ended 31st January, 34,400 tons of unrationed bacon86W and ham were available to domestic consumers and caterers taken together. I regret I cannot say what proportion went to caterers. 34,400 tons represents about 18 per cent. of the total distribution of bacon and ham in the 18 weeks.
