Brigadier Medlicottasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will introduce legislation during the present Session to implement the recommendations of the Royal Commission on Betting, particularly as to spreading football pool prizes by limiting them to f20,000 and by compelling promoters to publish their accounts.
