§ Mr. EcclesYes. The Government have decided that licences may be granted for a number of projects to a total value of £10 million in Central London. Most of the schemes selected are those which will bring benefit to the balance of pay-48W ments and the majority of the buildings will be in the City. Many of the schemes will provide employment for stonemasons.
