§ Mr. SandysI assume that my hon. Friend is referring to the increase in 25W railway freight rates of 1s. in the £. I have made an Order authorising corresponding increases in the maximum prices of iron and steel scrap. These vary between 11d. and 1s. 11d. per ton. The present average price of iron and steel scrap is about £6 per ton.
