§ Mr. Hylton-Fosterasked the Attorney-General (1) if he is now in a position to state when it is proposed to introduce a Bill providing for the payment of pensions to the clerks of Her Majesty's judges;
(2) if he will consider introducing legislation to improve the pension terms of the official referees.
§ The Attorney-GeneralThe Government intend to introduce legislation for this purpose during the present session.
