LATE POSTING AT LONDON RAILWAY TERMINI—PROVINCIAL MAILS
The following table shows the arrangements for posting unregistered letters for places served by each Travelling Post Office departing from the London Railway Termini. Such letters should bear a Late Fee of ½d. in addition to the ordinary postage.

NOTE: Registered letters are accepted in the Travelling Post Offices at the Railways stations up to five minutes before the train departure times (see column 5) on payment, in addition to the registration fee and postage, of a late Fee of 1s. 6d. which must be affixed in stamps before a letter is presented.
