Robertsonasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether, in view of the Government's decision to adhere to the long establishment international recognition of the three-mile limit for territorial waters, he will arrange for the protection of British trawlers and crews while legally fishing outside the three-mile limit off any part of the coast of Iceland.
§ Mr. NuttingHer Majesty's Government's policy is to seek to arrive at a mutually satisfactory settlement of the Icelandic dispute. I do not think that the action proposed by my hon. Friend would contribute to such a solution.
