§ Mr. Fernyhoughasked the Under-secretary of State for Commonwealth Relations whether, in view of the generosity shown towards this country by other countries in the floods which occurred in January and February of this year, Her Majesty's Government will reconsider the decision not to make any grant to the Indian Prime Minister's relief fund for people affected by the floods in Andhra, Bihar and Uttar Pradesh.
