The Board of Trade's responsibility under Section 14 (4) of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1947, and Section 12 (4) of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act, 1947, for certifying that industrial building developments can be carried out consistently with the proper distribution of industry remains unchanged.
