asked the Minister of Health which firm has been given approval to produce B.C.G. in this country; and what negotiations are now taking place.

§ Miss Hornsby-Smith
The manufacture of B.C.G. vaccine would require a licence under the Therapeutic Substances Act, 1925. No licence has yet been granted, but one firm has had preliminary consultation with my right hon. Friend's officers.
