asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies if he will have reprinted Command Paper No. 6174, the Report of the West India Royal Commission; if he will publish the Commission's correspondence with the Secretary of State; and if he will also have reprinted Command Paper No. 6656, the Report on the Action taken on the Recommendations in the Royal Commission's Report, Command Paper No. 6174.

The Report of the West India Royal Commission was Command Paper No. 6607, not No. 6174. A copy is available in the House of Commons Library. The Commission's correspondence with the Secretary of State is contained in Command Paper No. 6174. Both this Paper and Command Paper No. 6656 are still obtainable. I am not prepared to arrange for reprinting the main Report.
