Mr. Viantasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government whether he has considered a petition from the Willesden Borough Council, signed by over 3,000 residents of the Neasden area, in which they ask him, in association with the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation and the London Transport Executive to take immediate steps to eliminate the nuisance and danger to health occasioned by the emission of smoke, grit and particles of combustible fuel from the power station situated at the junction of Chesham Street and Quainton Street, Neasden; and what has been done in regard thereto.
